Cancellation Policy

Change of Mind? We Respect That.

We offer limited-time cancellation flexibility before your order is dispatched: 

Cancellation Window:

 ·     You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it via WhatsApp/email

 ·    Post-dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled

How to Cancel:

 ·         Message us with Order ID and reason for cancellation

 ·         Confirm your request before the 6-hour window closes

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

 ·   Processed to original mode of payment within 5–7 business days

 ·  In case of COD (if applicable), no cancellation fee is charged before dispatch 

Exceptions:

 ·   No cancellation accepted once the product is dispatched

 ·   Cancellation on personalized/ritual-specific items may not be allowed
