We strive to ensure your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Below are the standard delivery timelines and terms segmented by region:

Delivery Zones and Timelines:

Dwarka & Vicinity (Local): Orders within the Dwarka vicinity will be delivered within 1–2 business days. Our local delivery team handles this area to ensure faster delivery with better coordination.

New Delhi City Limits: For deliveries within the main city of New Delhi (excluding Dwarka), the expected delivery timeline is 2–3 business days. This slightly longer window considers central city traffic and transit challenges.

PAN India (Excluding New Delhi): We offer reliable delivery to all other parts of India. The expected delivery timeline is 4–7 business days depending on the state, city, and proximity to major logistics hubs. 

International Delivery (Selective Countries): We deliver internationally to selected countries. Estimated delivery time is between 10–20 business days. However, international deliveries are subject to customs clearance, destination country regulations, and postal carrier timelines.

Shipping Notes:

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours of confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. 

Tracking information is shared via WhatsApp/SMS/email once the product is dispatched. 

Delivery time may vary based on:

·         Unexpected heavy traffic

·         Weather-related delays (like rains, storms)

·         Strikes, lockdowns or government restrictions

 ·         Festive congestion (especially during Diwali, Navratri, etc.)

Packaging & Handling:

All items are packed with care and cushioning to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items receive extra layers of protection. 

We use tamper-evident packaging. If you find the parcel damaged, open, or resealed:

·         Do not accept the delivery.

·         Record an unboxing video.

Report to our team within 48 hours of delivery to claim damage support.

Delivery Charges:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery method. 

Free delivery offers (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during special promotions.
