We honour every return with fairness, transparency, and your satisfaction in mind.

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please read our return and refund terms below:

Conditions for Return:

A return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be in original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories.

Items returned without prior approval or beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items (also listed separately):

·  Incense sticks, powders, liquids

·  Opened, used, or tampered items

·  Perishable items like prasadam (barfi, etc.)

·  Customized, made-to-order items

·  Items purchased under sale, discount, or clearance offers

Return Process:

1. Send a return request via WhatsApp/email with your order number, reason for return, and clear product images.

2. Our team will verify the eligibility and respond within 48 hours. 

3. Once approved, you’ll receive return address and further instructions.

4. Shipping cost for return to be borne by customer unless: 

Wrong item received

·   Damaged or defective product

Packaging Guidelines for Returns:

·    Pack the item in original packaging.

·  Include invoice and any freebies received.

·  Use proper cushioning for fragile items.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

Refund is made to the original payment mode.

Depending on bank/UPI/wallet, additional processing time may occur.

 Refund Not Received?

If not received in 10 working days after confirmation, contact your bank or payment provider.

Please note during major festivals, there may be delays in return pickups and refunds due to courier backlogs or high processing volume.
